Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for all levels even though you may enjoy it more if you have at least basic knowledge of asanas.
Mostly floor based flow that focuses on holding simple postures for longer periods of time. On the physical level, yin practice main target is deep connective tissue which binds bones and joints together. We explore range of props during the practice. Yin class balances our active yang part by bringing calm and quiet into our mind. Classes focuses on different themes and teachings from Tao-Te-Ching.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
In Hatha Class we explore each asana in more depth and with the help of different props. Physical postures are taught with a focus on alignment and breath while entering, holding and leaving the asana. There is a time to rest in between the asanas.
Hatha class is a perfect choice for students who prefer longer holds in postures and slower approach to practice. Every class consists of asana practice, pranayama and meditation.
This class is especially suitable for complete beginners.
During meditation class we will explore different types of meditation. Our main aim in this class is to find peace in the quiet mind and be fully present in the moment.
Class can have different forms, such as guided meditation, visualization, journaling, exctatic dance… No need to be worried, just come and enjoy the present moment!
