My classes are a combination of asanas, pranayama and spirituality. I believe that story-telling is an important part of every teaching so my classes are full of stories and interesting information not just about asanas. I teach dynamic and creative vinyasa yoga, calming and grounding yin yoga, relaxing hatha yoga and guided meditation.

Private Classes

Private and semi-private classes are perfect for those who would love to explore their practice and deepen their understanding of physical as well as the spiritual part of yoga and meditation. Tailored for your unique needs!

Public Classes

Currently, I do not teach any public classes.

Online Classes

If it is not possible for you to attend class in person, I teach weekly open yoga and guided meditation classes as well as private classes for clients who would like to go into more depth in their practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic creative flow that stokes your inner fire! Each pose is linked to the previous one, creating a continuous flow of movement accompanied by breath. Vinyasa is great for students who like to keep moving and finding a place of calmness through conscious movement.

Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for all levels even though you may enjoy it more if you have at least basic knowledge of asanas.

Yin Yoga

Mostly floor based flow that focuses on holding simple postures for longer periods of time. On the physical level, yin practice main target is the deep connective tissue which binds bones and joints together. We explore a range of props during the practice. Yin class balances our active yang part by bringing calm and quiet into our mind. Classes focus on different themes and teachings from Tao-Te-Ching.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

In Hatha class, we explore each asana in more depth and with the help of different props. Physical postures are taught with a focus on alignment and breath while entering, holding and leaving the asana. There is a time to rest in between the asanas.

Hatha class is a perfect choice for students who prefer longer holds in postures and slower approach to practice. Every class consists of asana practice, pranayama and meditation/relaxation.

This class is especially suitable for complete beginners.

Guided Meditation

During meditation class, we will explore different types of meditation. Our main aim in this class is to find peace in the quiet mind and be fully present in the moment.

The class can have different forms, such as guided meditation, visualization, journaling, ecstatic dance… No need to be worried, just come and enjoy the present moment!
